Po
lymorph (Polycaprolactone) is a non-toxic, biodegradable polyester with a low melting temperature of about 60°C (140°F).
Prototype plastic parts can be made by simply heating in hot water until it is clear and then shaping by hand. When cool it beco  mes a nylon like white plastic. Polymorph can be re-used by simply re-heating and re-shaping.
Method of use:
1.
The water
is heated up to 60
degrees Celsius
2.
Put the
Po
lymorph
into
the water
3.
Wait for 1-2
minutes until the
Polymorph
melt
,
becoming transparent
color
is
melting
4.
Remove the Ploymorph out from the water,then
We have about
2
minutes to
shape
the Polymorph
5.
In this
2 minutes
of shaping
time,
we can
shape it
into the required shape you want by hand
,
or
in the mold
6.
After cooling
,
the Polymorph will become
very hard
,
very strong
