LARGE VINTAGE LINED WICKER PICNIC BASKET W DOUBLE FLAPS & 2 MATCHING NAPKINS.
Up for auction is a pre-owned wicker picnic basket lined with a vibrant plant themed fabric with 2 matching napkins. The picnic basket is in fair condition as the handle reflects a couple broken strands of wicker & the flaps droop just a tad in the center where they meet. The lining of the basket remains clean & intact with no rips, holes, stains, or repairs; as do the 2 luncheon sized napkins.
The picnic basket measures almost 15 inches high to the top of the handle. Without the handle, the basket itself measures 7 inches high, measuring from the outside. Measuring from the outside again, the basket alone measures 16 1/2 inches by 13 inches. Measuring from the inside, the basket measures 14 1/2 inches by 10 inches & is about 5 1/4 inches deep. The flaps that open the basket each measure 8 1/2 inches by 10 inches at the center where they meet & 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches at the outer sides, as they are not exactly square. The luncheon napkins measure 14 inches square & appear to be cotton, but may be a cotton/poly blend.
This picnic basket & napkins are sold As Is & are not returnable. I am charging the buyer a flat shipping & handling fee of (due to the oversized box required to accommodate the basket) & will only ship to the United States.
