Up for sale, a
Vintage AKAI GXC-39D Stereo Cassette Player/Recorder.
The exterior of this unit appears to be in overall excellent condition for its age. It is being sold for parts or
repair because it is thought to need basic servicing. When play is pressed, the tape plays for 30 seconds or so and then clicks off. It did not eat the tape, even when play was multiple times. When fast forwarding or rewinding, it takes off fast but, slowly comes to a crawl. My guess is it needs basic lubrication and probably new belts. (See Pictures).
