VINTAGE, NAKAMICHI CASSETTE DECK BX-100!!!!!!
This is a vintage Nakamichi BX-100 cassette deck in fair condition with normal wears and missing the FRONT LID. This deck has been out of service for some time. It powers on but does not play!! Most of the controls appear to work fine when you touch them. I tested the FF, REW, Play, Pause, etc.. You can hear the motor turning inside but will not turn the tape.  I hit the play button real quick and it did engage and turn the tape. I hit the STOP button before it chewed my tape up. I looked inside the unit to check the condition of the belts, I can assure you, they are both very loose. They both need to be replaced. This unit is a great candidate for REPAIR or for salvaging parts. It came from a smoke free home!!  Additionally, this unit is being sold as is, for parts or repair only. There are scratches, nicks, discoloration and perhaps other imperfections! But no major damage!! Please view the attached photos as they may add to the over all description.
